Supporting the Over 50's

Emplacement People is delivering the Work Programme as an end-to-end provider in the following regions:
South East - Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Hampshire (in partnership with A4e)
West Midlands - Staffordshire, Coventry and Warwickshire (in partnership with ESG)

Emplacement People will also be delivering specialist interventions for a number of prime contractors in the following regions:
North West, West Midlands, South East and London

We are a leading national DWP provider of outsourced welfare to work provisions supporting the niche needs of specific customer groups. We have a solid track of supporting JSA customers by addressing their specific needs and offering quality led, bespoke employment and training programmes.

We place customers at the heart of every contract we deliver, building our programmes and services around their specific needs to ensure we provide the right outcome. In partnership with The Age & Employment Network (TAEN), the Employers Forum on Age (EFA) and the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC), we have developed a series of best practice support and interventions to help the Over 50's overcome the complex and multiple barriers that they face in gaining sustainable employment.

We have appointed an Over 50’s Ambassador who coordinates focus groups with our customers across the UK to ensure that we understand, meet and address their employment needs. In addition our Ambassador engages with employers to raise awareness of the benefits of recruiting this customer group.

We are committed to delivering a professional service which is genuinely integrated with existing local and regional services and strategies, through delivery models which are reflective of, and responsive to, local needs.
