For the Work Programme, Emplacement People is an over 50's specialist. We provide an end-to-end service and specialist interventions to support this customer group. By providing high-quality career coaching, employment advice and specialist recruitment services, we support over 50's individuals back into sustainable employment.
Emplacement People was a leading provider of the DWP professional and executive job search support scheme, seeing over 10,000 JSA customers. It was from the success of this scheme and numerous recommendations from job centres that the decision was taken to focus on providing a specialist service to the over 50's customer group for the Work Programme.
