We're here to help you move back into sustainable paid employment. We have supported more than 6,000 people Over 50 in the last few years, so we understand what works. This process will take hard work, willingness and determination from you, but we’re confident that with our support, you can make it happen.

Your individual programme will include regular one-to-one career coaching, group training sessions and tools, skills and tips you need to get into work. Once you have secured employment, you won’t be on your own. We’ll continue to support you for as long as you need us.

What we expect from you

Treat our staff, other customers and offices with respect
Participate fully in your individual programme
Attend your regular career coaching and training sessions – on time and every time
Give us plenty of notice if you can’t attend for any reason
Tell us if your personal circumstances change
Attend appropriate interviews and accept appropriate job offers
Notify your Jobcentre Plus advisor when you have started work
Permit Emplacement People to gain evidence of your employment
Stay in touch with Emplacement People when you gain employment
